MUNCIE, Ind. – Brady Blain and Gavin Sontag, playing No. 2 doubles, helped lead the third-ranked University of Illinois men's tennis team to a 6-1 victory vs. Ball State on Tuesday.
Blain claimed the 86th doubles win of his career in the 8-6 victory against Rafael Domenech and Ryan Baxter. Blain needs four victories to become the winningest doubles player in school history.
