Recruiting blogger Cody Westerlund caught up with former prep schooler Travis Britt, who is back at Rantoul High:
"He can create his own shot off the dribble, get into the lane. But at the same time his jump shot is developing and he can also play the point-guard position," Rantoul coach Brett Frerichs said.
Britt's recruitment is up in the air at this point. Frerichs said he doesn't believe there are any "solid offers on the table" right now but added that there's been quite a bit of college interest. It's been reported that Indiana, Dayton, Illinois State and Drake have shown interest among others.
Of course, Britt is only a junior, meaning there's plenty of time for things to play out.
"His best basketball is still to come," Frerichs said.
