PEORIA — Reigning News-Gazette All-State Player of the Year Jereme Richmond scored a season-high 36 points and grabbed 16 rebounds as Waukegan beat O'Fallon 85-78 in the third-place game in Class 4A on Saturday night.

Richmond, a 6-foot-8 Illinois signee, also set a Class 4A single-game scoring record. The 4A classification has been in existence since 2008, the first year the IHSA went to the four-class system.
