And the winner is ...
Bob Asmussen has been a Heisman Trophy voter for two decades. He has to turn in his ballot Monday. Here's who will be on it:
1. Montee Ball, Wisconsin
Any time your name is mentioned in the same sentence as Barry Sanders, that's a good thing. Just a hunch he breaks the legend's touchdown record in Wisconsin's bowl game.
2. Robert Griffin III, Baylor
He didn't look very good against Illinois in the Texas Bowl. Must have been Vic Koenning's defense. But he's college football's MVP. Baylor is 4-8 without him.
3. Andrew Luck, Stanford
In a close call over Oklahoma State's Brandon Weeden. The next John Elway. Or is it Dan Marino? Not the next Ryan Leaf.
