Watch out for these 5

Staffer Mike Colgan's list of teams not in the first AP Top 25 poll that will be at the end of the season:
1. Stanford. If it beats Oregon and USC like last season, the Cardinal will be a Top 10 candidate.
2. Michigan. If the Wolverines aren't, expect Stanford to pay the price by losing Jim Harbaugh to his alma mater.
3. Notre Dame. Only if the Irish make it through the Big Ten portion of their schedule (Purdue, Michigan, Michigan State).
4. Texas A&M. The Aggies won't receive any points for their nonconference schedule. Then again, they won't have any losses, either.
5. Washington. Quarterback Jake Locker will have to be on top of his game every week for the Huskies to make the grade
