Former Illini in NFL Week 2

Alan Ball, Dallas. Cornerback had two tackles on special teams in 33-31 loss to the Giants.

Danny Clark, N.Y. Giants. Linebacker did not register a tackle in 33-31 win at Dallas.

Vontae Davis, Miami. Cornerback plays tonight at home against Indianapolis.

Will Davis, Arizona. Reserve linebacker had one tackle in 31-17 win at Jacksonville.

David Diehl, N.Y. Giants. Offensive lineman was not flagged and helped Eli Manning throw for 330 yards in 33-31 win at Dallas.

Kelvin Hayden, Indianapolis. Cornerback plays tonight at Miami.

Greg Lewis, Minnesota. Receiver was inactive for 27-13 win at Detroit.

Brandon Lloyd, Denver. Receiver was inactive for 27-6 home victory against Cleveland.

Rashard Mendenhall, Pittsburgh. Backup running back had three carries for 39 yards (with a long of 39) and one catch for 13 yards, but Steelers lost 17-14 at Chicago.

Brandon Moore, N.Y. Jets. Starting offensive lineman was not flagged and helped pave way for 117 rushing yards in 16-9 home win vs. Patriots.

Tony Pashos, San Francisco. Reserve offensive lineman was flagged once (holding) for 10 yards in 23-10 home win against Seattle.

Duke Preston, Dallas. Offensive lineman was inactive for 33-31 loss to the Giants.

Neil Rackers, Arizona. Kicker hit a 45-yarder but missed from 48 yards in 31-17 win at Jacksonville. Also kicked four extra points and made two tackles on special teams.

Pierre Thomas, New Orleans. Backup running back caught one pass for minus-4 yards in return from injury, a 48-22 win at Philadelphia.

Derek Walker, Seattle. Rookie defensive lineman was waived last Monday.

Steve Weatherford, N.Y. Jets. Had five punts for 209 yards (41.8 average) with one inside the 20 and a long of 48. Also held successfully on three field goals and an extra point in win.

Eugene Wilson, Houston. Starting safety had four tackles and an interception (returned for 13 yards).
