Alan Ball, Dallas Cowboys. Saw action in the 30-24 overtime loss against the Cardinals.

Danny Clark, New York Giants. Plays tonight against the Browns.

Carey Davis, Pittsburgh Steelers. Idle.

Dave Diehl, New York Giants. Plays tonight.

Kelvin Hayden, Indianapolis Colts. Was not active in the Colts' 31-3 home victory.

Nathan Hodel, Arizona Cardinals. Sent the ball back nine times in the Cardinals' loss.

Greg Lewis, Philadelphia Eagles. Connected with Donovan McNabb three times for a total of 38 yards and returned one punt for 6 yards in the Eagles' 40-26 road win against the 49ers.

Brandon Lloyd, Chicago Bears. Not active (knee).

Rashard Mendenhall, Pittsburgh Steelers. Out for season (shoulder injury).

Brandon Moore, New York Jets. Caused a penalty that resulted in a touchdown being nullified, but the Jets prevailed in a 26-14 win.

Tony Pashos, Jacksonville Jaguars. Had one tackle in a 24-17 win against the Broncos.

Duke Preston, Buffalo Bills. Idle.

Neil Rackers, Arizona Cardinals. Kicked three extra points and a field goal in the loss.

Pierre Thomas, New Orleans Saints. Rushed three times for 18 yards in the Saints' 34-3 victory.

Fred Wakefield, Oakland Raiders. Linebacker saw action in the Raiders' loss to the Saints.

Steve Weatherford, New Orleans Saints. Punted twice for a total of 92 yards in the Saints' lopsided victory.

Eugene Wilson, Houston Texans. Had one interception and ran for 19 yards but then fumbled. Also had two tackles in the Texans' first win of the season as they came back to beat the Dolphins 29-28.

Re Hodel/Rackers - May have referenced a "loss" out of habit. The Cardinals in fact won.
