It's been a couple of seasons that I can confidently say this team looks, and is a top 25 team.

No doubt.

I don't care what the quality of competitions is, but if you can knock down open shots, run the floor, play up and beyond 10 players who can all contribute, and promote a stingy defense, you are a good team.

Add rebounding and low turnovers to that mix and I agree with you.

IMO this team needs to prove it can:
1) rebound
2) play defense vs top competition
3) guard the post.
4) handle the ball vs top competition

I do agree this yers team will be exciting, IMO they should be a top 25 team and really noone will want to play us come tourny time.

Not a bad spot for this team to be. If they're as good as I think they are, I could see top 12 maybe even a little better at some point this season. We just need the juniors to "take that next step," and reasonable consistency from the freshmen.

Agreed. Measured excitement and perspective. These diaper dandies will fall on their faces more than once this year, but they will be so much fun to watch. I just hope they both stick around for 3 or 4.

You're lucky that remote control interwebs slap technology hasn't been perfected or you would have got one for using that term.

We have a soft nonconf schedule and losing 1 or 0 games is a possiblity. Then an easy front end Big 10 schedule. I think we can flirt with a Top 10 ranking before we slide back in the latter half of the Big 10 schedule.
