McCamey-Turner's last dance?

Tuesday's matchup between Ohio State and Illinois is for the Big Ten title for one team and probably would secure an NCAA tournament berth for another. It's also another matchup between BFF's Demetri McCamey and Evan Turner. (Turner leads their college series 3-2.) Asked McCamey today if he thinks this is his final (college) matchup with Turner, a junior projected as a lottery pick.

"Most likely it probably will (be). If I was him it would be the last chance," McCamey said with a laugh. "But I don't know. Evan, he's a different kid. He loves college. So who knows if he'll be back or not."

Asked if he has any advice for his St. Joe's/Illinois Wolves teammate, like, say, "Go ahead and turn pro," McCamey chuckled.

"I just tell him to make the best decision. He already knows the money's right there," he added. "Like he said, he's always wanted a degree. So if he chooses to come back he always has a good option. (Or he could be) the No. 1 or No. 2 pick in the draft. If he stays next year then he'll be No. 1. Knowing Evan, he's the type of kid that loves school, loves Ohio State. So it won't be a surprise to me if he comes back."

That would be GREAT if McCamey left Illinois! Good riddance! Wish Davis and Tisdale got sex change operations and were drafted by the women's b-ball league in Bulgaria and left Illinois too!

we are all disappointed this year, and believe me that includes those kids who work so hard. Lighten up and thank God we have had the new McCamey Weber created. Yeah, lost of turns in the roads but we also have had some good highlight film and next year can only be better!
