Richmond signs with Illinois

Jereme Richmond just told me he faxed his letter of intent to Illinois at 10:42. The Waukegan senior committed on Nov. 26.... 2006.
It's been a long ride for the kid. And the Richmonds stood by their word - for three years.
That was then (as a skinny, bouncy freshman at North Shore Country Day).
This is now (the reigning News-Gazette All-State Player of the Year).
